Serena Williams dispatched Vera Zvonareva in the 2010 Wimbledon finals to win her fourth Wimbledon singles title. That makes 13 career Grand Slam singles titles for Serena so far.

No. 10 for Serena Williams
The 10th what? The 10th grand slam singles title of her career. Serena Williams defeated Dinara Safina in the Australian Open finals 6-0, 6-3. It's her fourth singles crown Down Under.

Serena Williams defeated sister Venus in the 2008 U.S. Open quarterfinals, 7-6, 7-6. As the Williams girls pointed out several times themselves in the run-up, it's a shame this matchup had to happen in the quarters, rather than the semis or finals.
Gold for Serena and Venus
The Williams sisters had a disappointing Olympics in singles, Serena and Venus each getting knocked out in the quarterfinals. But as a doubles team, they won gold in Beijing, just as they did eight years ago in Sydney. Serena and Venus dominated the Spanish duo of Anabel Medina and Virginia Ruano in the gold-medal match, 6-2, 6-0. Serena Planning Movie on Althea Gibson
Serena Williams plans to make a movie about tennis legend Althea Gibson. Gibson's life story is remarkable and should make for a great feature film. There's no way that Serena could play her, however - Williams would have to lose about 50 pounds of muscle before she could pass for Gibson.
Thankfully, Serena appears to realize this herself, and says she will only develop the script and attach her name as producer.
