According to sources Sakshi is daughter of Dhoni fathers colleague in Meccon Company at Rachi and his classmate till 10th standard. After their 10th standard Sakshi’s family along with her shifted to Kolkata.

According to the sources “Yesterday Dhoni got engaged with his childhood friend in a Sevalpool resort at Dehradun for which only his close relatives and friends attended. Suresh Raina, Haribhajan Singh and Ashish Nehra attended the party and kept this secret but leaked to media latter”.
