Sara Evans was born on February 5, 1971 in in New Franklin, Missouri. She is a country music singer. In 1997, Evans released her first album, Three Chords and the Truth. In 2006, R&R announced Evans as Female Vocalist of the Year in its 2006 Readers' Poll.
